The company’s laboratories are located in a modern well equipped facility in Larne which has the capability for soil and rock testing in accordance with BS1377.

A full range of tests are available in accordance with BS1377.  However, during periods of high workload testing may be subcontracted to other facilities in order to meet client time constraints. These laboratories are UKAS accredited to ISO 17025.

The laboratories rock testing capabilities include Uniaxial Compressive Strength, Point load testing and Brazilian tensile strength tests.

Contamination testing of soil, water and gas samples is arranged by Hanmar, utilising a laboratory that hold the MCERTS and UKAS accreditation that the industry regulators require.
